The Wow Mind, is the 'World of Wonders Mind,' made up of thoughts from people like you and me. We are inspired by other peoples stories and can marvel at some of their decisions, often leading to the electricity to make us feel a surge of life and even activating ourselves to either speed up or slow down, depending on what the body wants or the spirit needs. We absorb these thoughts and process the narratives and a highly charged WOW Moment occurs. At this point we are absorbing the reality of an idea and in the process begin to rewire aspects of our thinking to make it into the realms of possibility.
These Wow Moments can affect multiple aspects of our physiology, mind, body or spirit by touching our emotions, creating empathy, amusement, give us goose bumps or even leaving us in awe. In just about every and any aspect of life's events there is a chance to activate the energy of a WOW Moment if we allow ourselves to look for find the good in the story. Those thoughts that become our emotions that lead us into action creates our experiences, so that we in turn act and give energy to others , this is the invisible fuel or Cycle of WOW.
Del is an award winning mentor. He is a qualified Positive Psychologist and NLP Coach and practiced as an Architect.
He has been building and running people centred careers businesses around the world since 2000.
Del is an Assoc. Professor at University College London. He lectures in practice management , organisational behaviour and business entrepreneurship in creative organisations, for the department of Architecture and Engineering. He is a NED and a Board Trustee of the LSA , London School of Architecture.
Farzana trained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School and has been practicing as a coach in the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
She was lead coach with a US organisation and specialised in 3 key pillars of holistic coaching, Mindset, Nutrition, and Strength.
Farzana has lead workshops both in person and online with hundreds of participants and is an advocate of digital technology .
She is a frequent speaker at universities and conferences, conducting workshops in dealing with stress, anxiety and overcoming obstacles when dealing with changes in life, be they professional or personal.
Prior to coaching Farzana worked as an Architect for twenty years and was a Design Director in practice.
Right now we need confidence to tackle the demands of an ever changing world, global health issues have changed the way we engage with people, speeding technological changes have changed the way we work and meanwhile the silent assassin within us can often sabotage us even before we begin.
The WOW Mind is a response to these circumstances and often unhelpful thoughts, counteracting them with positive reinforcement and influences from stoicism, eastern and western philosophies, science and psychological research, coupled with peoples experiences and humanity all creating hope. The end goal is to continuously encourage and activate people to be self empowered through their 'WOW Moments' and to learn through watching, educating and adding to themselves to feel alive and happy.
This site is a space for great things to happen between you and the chemistry of your thoughts, where beliefs are challenged and past assumptions refocused so the far reaches of your mind come into contact with positive influences that challenges your self talk to be positively energised for change. This is a a platform where other peoples WOW Minds can give you an incite into their experiences and it is down to you to convert these ideas into tangible shots of electricity and inspiration that you can use. These WOW Moments and stories that people share will give those that want it the invisible energy that they need to start fueling the fire of self care and positive growth.
Everything starts with an idea and it is the transformation of this energy that will impact you and your influence on your communities, that makes the world a better, place.
